Payment Terms

Our standard payment term is that payment is taken at time of booking unless otherwise stated. If payment by invoice has been agreed, the payment must be made by BACS or credit/debit card within 14 days of completed training date.

We do not accept payment by cheque.

We do not currently charge VAT.

Late Payment

We reserve the right to charge late payment statutory interest on any outstanding invoice at the rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

Cancellations

Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel our training, the following charge will apply;

• Cancellations received 15 days or more before agreed training date - No charge.
• Cancellations received 14 days or less before agreed training date - Full training fee.

Cancellations must be made in writing, by email to info@IMAGOtrainingltd.co.uk by the due date.

Confidentially

We are committed to providing a confidential service to our clients.  No information given to us will be shared with any other organisation or individual without the user’s expressed permission. Confidentiality relates to the transmission of personal, sensitive or identifiable information about individuals which comes to light during our training. 

In House Training

Training courses are run in-house at a venue provided by your service and are suitable for a maximum of 15 participants unless otherwise stated. Training will be facilitated by two ‘Experts by Experience’ and will take the form of discussion and work groups. It will emphasise not only the value of lived experience in understanding the people you work with, but will deliver an optimistic message of engagement and recovery.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website and all material in our training. Subject to the licence below, all our intellectual property rights are reserved.

Licence To Use Website

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website, provided that;

(a) you must not republish material from this website (including republication on another website), or reproduce or store material from this website in any public or private electronic retrieval system;
